Peace and a Sense of Awe, December 9th

“Life is best experienced with a sense of awe, wonder and discovery.

Go about life with a child’s curiosity.”

 -Henry David Thoreau, Walden

It’s not Rudolph, but he’s just as awesome!! The majestic white deer always stops me in my tracks. Time stands still in the present moment and in the PEACEFUL presence of the awe and wonder of this mystery of nature. The nearness of this wild animal brings me a sense of calm. A sense of PEACE that surpasses all understanding.

If reindeer and white deer could speak, what would you ask them?

  1. Love, love, love the white deer. I would ask them if they know how special they are? I would also encourage them to procreate so we can enjoy more white deer in our world.

  2. Do you know how beautiful and special you are? We all have something within us that is special. Sometimes we can’t see it. Keep looking. It’s very noticeable to someone or something.
